Terms of Service

1. The service

Trivant provides an AI-assisted lead-recovery platform for local service businesses, including AI Voice call handling, a native calendar and appointment system, and supporting SMS messaging. Trivant is human-first: your configured business destination number rings before any AI takeover.

2. Trial terms

Your AI agent must be fully set up and confirmed with a real test call before you can start a trial. At that point you choose a plan and add a payment method — you are not charged then, and your 7-day trial runs from that moment and cannot be extended. When your trial ends, you are charged for the plan you chose unless you cancel first; we do not drop calls silently, and your account and billing state are always visible in the app.

3. Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Stripe webhook events are authoritative for subscription and payment status. If a payment fails, your account may be placed in a past-due state; we will never silently change your telecom configuration as a result, but continued non-payment may result in suspension.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you approve for use by the AI agent, for maintaining lawful consent for any SMS communications you enable, and for complying with applicable telecom and consumer-protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. SMS programs

Trivant operates two opt-in SMS programs, each covered by its own terms: messages a business's AI agent sends to that business's own callers (see our SMS Terms), and Trivant Notifications, account alerts sent to business owners and authorized team members about their own account (see the Trivant Notifications SMS Terms). Both programs are opt-in, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and STOP/HELP are always honored. Trivant does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and neither program sends marketing or promotional messages.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Disclaimers

Trivant is provided on an as-available basis. AI-generated responses are only as accurate as the business information you have approved; you remain responsible for reviewing and confirming AI-proposed appointments where your configured booking mode requires business confirmation.
