Messaging compliance
SMS Terms
Consent
Trivant only sends SMS messages to a caller after obtaining explicit consent, most commonly captured verbally near the end of an AI-handled call and recorded with method, scope, timestamp and call evidence. Consent scope is limited to the categories you approve: appointment confirmations, reminders, booking/status links, and reschedule/cancellation replies.
Message types
- Appointment confirmation — "Your appointment is confirmed for [date] at [time]."
- Reminder — "Reminder: your appointment is in [offset]."
- Booking or form link — "As requested, here is [link]."
- Reschedule / cancel — "Reply or follow link to request a change."
- Status update — "Your [service/request] status is [status]."
All messages are transactional. Trivant does not send marketing SMS campaigns.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS from a business using Trivant — this is honored immediately and suppresses all future messages to that number. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointment and request activity.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Trivant does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own purposes. We may provide information to service providers that process and deliver messages on our behalf, solely as necessary to operate this service. See our Privacy Policy for more.
