Why Trivant exists
Options trading platforms are optimized for execution speed, not for whether you're actually improving. Journaling tools ask you to manually log every trade and rarely tell you anything you didn't already know. Signal services replace your judgment with theirs — and hide their track record when it doesn't work.
Trivant connects — read-only — to the brokerage account you already trade on, and turns your real history into the raw material for improvement: risk and behavior findings you didn't have to log yourself, an AI coach that cites your own trades instead of guessing, and lessons that show up exactly when a real trade proves you need them.
Nothing here promises profitability, because nothing honestly can. What we can measure — and what the product is built around — is the controllable behavior underneath the results: position sizing, rule adherence, and whether you're repeating the same mistake or actually closing the gap.
What constrains how we build
Evidence before advice
An insight without a citation is an opinion. Every coaching statement links back to the specific trades, sample size, and timeframe behind it — so you can check our work, not just trust it.
Coach, do not command
The language is deliberate: “consider,” “based on your history,” “the data suggests.” Never “buy” or “sell now.” The decision — and the responsibility for it — stays with you.
Read-only by default
Trivant cannot place, modify, or close an order on any connected account. Not on any plan, not ever. This isn't a setting you can turn off — it's how the integration is built.
Teach in context
Generic courses don't stick. A lesson recommended right after a trade that needed it does. The Academy exists to close specific gaps, not to be completed end to end before you're allowed to trade.
What Trivant is not
Trivant is not a broker, an investment adviser, or a signal service. It does not place trades, recommend specific positions, or guarantee any outcome. Trading options involves substantial risk, and past performance — yours or the platform's pattern-matching — does not predict future results. Every insight is meant to be independently evaluated, not blindly followed.
