Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Trivant ("Trivant", "we", "us") collects, uses and discloses information in connection with the Trivant AI lead-recovery platform, including our marketing website, web application, and AI Voice service.
1. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, and business details you provide when creating an account. Business data: information about your business you provide or approve, including services, pricing, hours and service area, and information our discovery process finds from public sources at your direction. Call data: call metadata (timestamps, duration, disposition), a recording and transcript of calls the AI handles (the caller hears a spoken disclosure before the conversation starts), and — only if a caller consents — SMS communications.Payment information: processed directly by Stripe; Trivant stores only a provider reference and non-sensitive display metadata, never full card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to operate the AI Voice and calendar/appointment features you've configured, to send transactional communications (confirmations, reminders, service updates) where consented, to maintain security and audit logs, to bill for the service, and to improve platform reliability.
3. Sub-processors
We use the following categories of sub-processors to operate Trivant: telephony and messaging (Twilio), real-time AI voice processing (OpenAI), payment processing (Stripe), transactional email delivery, and cloud infrastructure hosting. Each processes only the data necessary to perform its function for your account.
4. SMS communications
Trivant operates two SMS programs. A business's AI agent may text that business's own callers after obtaining consent during a call or through another documented channel — see our SMS Terms for details on consent, opt-out (STOP), and help (HELP) handling. Separately, Trivant Notifications is an opt-in SMS program that sends business owners and authorized team members alerts about their own Trivant account — see the Trivant Notifications Privacy Policy and Terms.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile opt-in information, or messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We provide information to service providers that support message delivery only as necessary to operate the service, and not for their own marketing or promotional use. Neither SMS program sends marketing or promotional messages.
5. Data retention
We retain account, business, call metadata, and transcript-derived data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and audit purposes thereafter. You may request deletion of your account data subject to those requirements.
6. Your choices
You control what business information is approved as active knowledge for your AI agent. Callers may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information.
