Counted:

Not counted:

–Ring time before the AI answers
–Calls blocked as obvious spam
–Calls that never reach the AI
–Calls handled entirely by an employee
–System test calls initiated by Trivant support

We notify you at 75%, 90% and 100% of your plan's AI-minutes allowance, and you can set a monthly spending limit in Settings so there are no surprise bills.
