Trivant Notifications — SMS Terms

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern Trivant Notifications, an SMS program operated by The Scent Atelier LLC for business owners and authorized team members who use Trivant. Trivant Notifications sends new lead alerts, missed-call notifications, AI call summaries, appointment updates, and account/service updates about your own Trivant account. It does not send marketing messages.

1. Enrollment

Enrollment in Trivant Notifications is optional and is not a condition of purchase. To enroll, enter your mobile phone number in your Trivant notification settings, select the optional SMS consent checkbox, and save your preferences. Saving with the consent checkbox selected enrolls you immediately in the notification program described in the consent disclosure, and you will receive a text confirming that enrollment. Saving a phone number without selecting the consent checkbox does not enroll you or send any text. Enrolling through your notification settings is the only way to start Trivant Notifications — texting our number on its own does not enroll you or any phone number.

2. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel your enrollment. Your carrier or messaging provider automatically confirms the opt-out and then blocks any further messages from this program to your number at the carrier level. This is a carrier-level block, separate from your Trivant account — it does not clear on its own, and it cannot be cleared through your notification settings; unchecking or re-checking the consent checkbox has no effect on it. If your number is still blocked at the carrier level, texting START to the Trivant Notifications number clears that carrier-level block, but it does not by itself re-enroll you — it has no effect on your Trivant account. To resume Trivant Notifications, return to your notification settings, re-select the consent checkbox, and save again; this records fresh consent and re-enrolls you immediately, exactly as described in Enrollment above — if the carrier-level block is still in effect at that moment, delivery may still fail until that block is separately cleared. You can also unsubscribe at any time from your notification settings in the app — this stops Trivant from sending you further messages, though (unlike replying STOP) it does not create a carrier-level block.

4. Getting help

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at support@trivant.ai.

5. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Not for emergencies

Trivant Notifications is not a guaranteed or real-time delivery channel and must not be relied on for emergency communications. If you have an urgent issue, contact us directly or use another channel.
