What every location's AI does
At each location your team's phone rings first. If nobody answers, the line is busy, or it's after hours, Trivant answers in that location's name, qualifies the caller against the services that location has approved, and books an appointment, texts the location's booking link, or creates a callback task. Every call ends with a recording, a transcript, and a structured summary for that location's team.
What a portfolio costs
Each location is billed on its own plan, so your monthly total is simply locations × plan price. Pick the plan per location based on how many AI minutes it uses.

Multi-location questions
Can one account manage multiple locations or brands?
Yes. One login can own any number of businesses. Each location is its own organization with its own AI agent, phone number, calendar, and team, and you switch between them from your dashboard.
How is a multi-location AI receptionist priced?
Each location is billed as its own subscription on a standard plan: $79/month (Starter), $149/month (Growth), or $299/month (Pro), each with its own included AI minutes. Locations don't share a minute pool, so choose each plan based on that location's call volume.
Can calls overflow from one location to another?
No. Each location is independent, and calls aren't routed between locations. Each location's AI answers for that location only.
Can each location have its own hours, services, and greeting?
Yes. Every location is configured separately, so a callback-only location, a booking-link location, and a fully booked-on-Trivant location can all sit in the same account.
Can regional managers see only their own locations?
You can invite a person into a specific location as an owner or an agent, and they only see that location. Roles are set per location.
Do you offer enterprise or volume pricing?
